The Three Stack Drill
Make sure disc is throwed always with backhand trow in this setup. Players from last stack run away from disc, cut and go for disc. It's possible to play with more discs. If there is more players, it's possible to have more stacks if there is more players.
Change possition like in mirror for forehand throw.
